About POP Display Co

We help brands plan retail displays for Costco and other club stores, then match each project with one vetted display vendor to build it.

What we do

Costco's packaging specification runs about 40 pages. We read it, and turn it into tools and guides you can use before you talk to anyone: the Costco requirements guide, the pallet size calculator and our articles. All of it is free, with no sign-up to plan.

How matching works

  1. You send your project. Use the project form or send the plan from the calculator.
  2. We reply within one business day. We read your brief and check what it needs.
  3. We match you with one vendor. Your project goes to the single vetted vendor whose capabilities fit it, never to a list of bidders.
  4. The vendor follows up. They contact you directly with questions, structure options and pricing. Design, production and billing are between you and the vendor.

How we vet vendors

Every display vendor we work with:

  • Has shipped pallet displays to Costco
  • Designs and samples structures in-house
  • Manufactures in the US
  • Can run or arrange ISTA testing

What we don't do

We don't manufacture displays ourselves, and we don't sell your details to multiple bidders. When you send a project, we share it only with the vendor partner best suited to it, as our privacy policy explains.
